Atmospheric pressure plasma is generated via electrical discharge under atmospheric pressure, and the electron energy generally higher than that of other particles such as ions neutral particles. In this state, becomes a non-equilibrium state. Plasma ozone being utilized in several applications high-performance sterilization. Dielectrics glass, quartz, ceramics are used dielectric barrier (DBD) devices. Such layers advantageous limiting amount supplied charge distributing evenly on surface dielectrics. The target or environment for sterilization often complex structure, concept space needs to be investigated. study, demonstrated through high-density generator using DBD. reactor realizes DBD structure by leveraging ceramic tube stainless-steel pipe-type conductor at regular intervals. A test was performed three types bacteria proposed prototype, 99.9% achieved after 2 h. Thus, can device with effective performance without deformation targets short periods time.
